1. Andrew Boston WR- 6’3 195 Emerald Ridge- 2017

Boston is one of the top talents in the class of 2017 in terms of potential. His film displays big play ability and some solid route running. Boston is not afraid to go up and get the ball, although Speed work needs to be a point of emphasis if he wants to get to the next level. A rather unknown up to this point , he is looking to make a name for himself during the winter/spring circuit. In 2015 he hauled in 55 catches for 846 yards , scoring 7 times for the Jaguars.

Recruit Comparison: Jermaine Kearse Lakes signed w/ Washington 2008

2. Marques Hampton WR- 6’0 180 Steilacoom -2017

Marques Hampton burst onto the scene late in 2015 with his play on both sides of the ball. At 6’ 180 pounds he’s got the frame to be a solid slot wide receiver at the next level. Analyzing his film we see some great potential, his athleticism enables him to do some unorthodox things to make big time plays. He comes from a league with limited talent, it will be interesting to see him against top talent this offseason to get a real gauge of his abilities. In 2015 Hampton produced 1075 yards receiving on 55 catches, 11 of them for touchdowns on offense. Defensively the versatile prospect hauled in 5 interception on the year.

Recruit Comparison: Michael Rector- Bellarmine Prep HS- Signed w/ Stanford 2012

3. Hunter Eckstrom WR - 5’11 186 Lake Stevens - 2017

A very versatile prospect with great route running and exceptional football knowledge. He is a sure handed slot receiver if implemented into the right system. A bit undersized and not a blazer in terms of speed , but he shows the ability to get the job done. Through 10 games he has 49 receptions, 808 yards and 10 touchdowns for the Vikings. This offseason will be huge for him in terms of recruiting as he makes a case to get to the next level.

Recruit Comparison: Gino Simone Skyline HS Signed w/ Washington State (2009)

4. Joe Nelson WR- 6’3 190 Issaquah- 2017

A lanky target with the speed to create big plays , making him on threat from anywhere. Loves to go up and get the ball with tenacity. Definitely needs to work on going into and out of his breaks while maintaining his speed. With his 6’3 frame if he is able to put on 10-15 pounds this offseason he could definitely be a legitimate prospect. This season he had 42 catches for 615 yards with 6 touchdowns.

Recruit Comparison: Kirby Moore - Prosser HS Signed w/ Boise State (2008)

5. Louis Davis - WR 6’6 180 Everett - 2017

The tallest prospect the state has to offer at 6 foot 6, Davis is a raw athlete with great room for improvement. Does not posses the top end speed to run away from defenders, will use his athleticism to go up and make a play. A solid route runner with good hands , moves pretty well for a kid his size. Nonetheless, this kid has a high ceiling and could potentially make a name for himself in the near future.
